 We told you last week, the police report claiming that Justin Bieber was speeding at the time of his arrest in January , could have been tampered with. Indeed, TMZ says that the police have arrested the singer have lied in their report and that Justin was ultimately not speeding . 

Is this new relationship that led the former  boyfriend of  Selena Gomez refused the agreement that the court of Miami offered him ?
