The new movie :Ju-on: Owari no Hajimari :

The story takes us to the side of Yui, a teacher who visits the home of Toshio Saeki, a student who has been absent for a long time.
When she arrives, she is forced to relive the horrible events that occurred in the Saeki family 10 years earlier.
A cardboard box, left in a cupboard, holds the key to reveal a hidden truth long.
